Zenith supplied over 26,000 furniture items throughout the new Victoria Police Centre at 311 Spencer Street, which connects with the existing 313 Spencer Street Police Complex via five connection points including bridges and pathways, creating a modern precinct for the state's policing headquarters.

Opened in May 2021, WKCDA Tower is the new head office of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. Zenith has completed the supply of system furniture for workstations and portion of the collaboration and executive furniture.

A contemporary refresh and future proofing of Building KA5 to ensure it accommodates for all types of learning.

H2o Architects were tasked to completely transform KA5 block, which plays host to the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment (SEBE).

Zenith supplied a wide range of Orbis workstations, Vox task seating, meeting tables and loose furniture for the professional services organization Alumina.

A form has been crafted for function in this workplace and the human dimension is paramount in the design. There is a generosity of space, however, this is presented on a more intimate scale that helps to foster relationships with clients. The spatial plan has been designed more as a residence and various rooms of a house and, through the layering textiles, there is a warmth within the interior. The finishes and form of the Zenith products were inspired by the spectacular views of the city below as well as the surrounding landscape Swan River and Kings Park.

The original building was built in 1906 which has allowed for a stunning warehouse style fit-out. As a 3-level standalone character brick building many of the original architectural features that make this building so unique have been kept or highlighted throughout.

To complement and enhance the heritage architectural space is our own contemporary furniture arranged beautifully over the 3 levels – many of the products on display are both designed and manufactured in Australia.

Zenith worked closely with GHD Woodhead and Built NSW on this project to provide furniture that was not only functional, but versatile and met the needs of very different areas of the Court house.

The project called for several Zenith products along with close collaboration with the Zenith R&D team to design custom electric workstations to meet the specific needs for the Judge bench to each courtroom.

Ipswich City Council’s redevelopment of the Nicolas street precinct forms the core of the broader Ipswich Central redevelopment revitalising the Ipswich CBD. As part of the redevelopment was the construction and fit out of a new administration building featuring a state-of-the-art children’s library, stand-alone public library and information centre, major entertainment plaza and over 14,500sqm of landscaped public space.

Zenith worked with Maxam Property to create a floor plan and outfit their space ready for tenants to lease.

The space has a good mix of functional workspace and soft breakout areas for collaborative work and meetings.

Custom storage is used to divide the space and give clients place to securely keep their work.
