Investa is a Real Estate investment manager, developer and industry innovator. For more than 2 decades, Investa has developed and managed real estate assets on behalf of their partners throughout Australia. Recently, Greenbox were commissioned by Investa to design and deliver a premium speculative penthouse office space in their A-grade Sydney CBD building for prospective tenants. Zenith were engaged to provide furnishings for this high-end speculative fit-out, that complemented the clean, light palette and double height ceilings.

The Estate range of tables convey a sense of permanence through dedicated areas for independent focus or coactive group tasks. Distinguished by their grounded pedestals which come in a selection of profiles, Estate can be configured in ways that best align with varying work tasks and the spatial aspirations. The client chose Estate as they could be independently lit, which would allow illumination at any time of the day in the double height space.

Combining elegance, functionality, and sustainability, the Jac range effortlessly fulfills the seating needs for a multitude of workspaces. Thoughtfully designed and robustly manufactured, Investa chose a selection of Jac stools for their visual appeal and versatility within a mixed-use space. Additionally, as part of Zenith’s sustainability commitment, with every Jac sold a tree is planted, making it an environmentally responsible choice.

Indispensable to the modern workspace is the Kissen Table range. With an omni-fold top, Kissen can serve as a  workstation pod, collaboration and meeting table, touch down team table and a conference/tutorial table. Fixed and folding tops mean it can be used for transient spatial needs or permanent settings, with the omni fold feature allowing for rapid adaptability. The client opted for the Kissen table frame with an attached screen as an economic yet flexible reception desk solution that could be used as a touch down or focus desk should the tenant require one.

Zenith's contributions to Investa's speculative penthouse office enhanced and complemented the elegant double height space as intended by the designer. Through the addition of a range of Zenith products the space is meticulously curated to create an inviting and appealing workplace.
