Red Energy consolidated their teams onto one site in Cremorne, Victoria. During this process Red Energy’s office environment changed from a traditional workplace into an activity based working environment.

Significant investment was placed on health and well-being at work for their staff, with all team members working at a sit-stand desk with expansive break out spaces provided throughout the workplace.

A large focus on training & development also led to the state of the art training facilities available on site.
