Enveloping, suggestive, warm and at the same time technological; Nuez Chair was born from the idea of creating a modulating seat as if it were a sheet of paper. Its three-dimensional shell conveys softness and materiality. Its shell is available in different colours and its interior is presented in thermopolymer ECO, fully upholstered or padded. Its two versions of chair and armchair are completed with wood feet, cantilever, steel sled or wood or injected aluminium central swivel.

Patricia Urquiola
Originally from Oviedo, Spain, Patricia Urquiola studied architecture and design at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and completed her studies at the Politecnico di Milano. Patricia Urquiola starts each project by building an empathic connection with the user that will eventually interact with her designs. Pushing the limits of research and technology, Patricia Urquiola constantly experiments and dares to move towards better design and architecture, following her earlier mentors’ teachings such as Vico Magistretti and Maddalena de Padova.
