Adecco is the world’s leading recruitment agency, with branches across 60 countries. Committed to connecting organisations with the right talent, Adecco recently engaged Unispace to design and build four recruitment centres for their client in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. With the objective of making the four sites welcoming and immersive spaces, Zenith RBA was engaged to provide a range of furnishings that supported the design intent, while also working within the colour palette inspired by the earthy, soothing tones of the Australian landscape.

The reception area and digital display serve as the first touchpoint for guests and candidates, guiding them through the recruitment centre while fostering a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. To enhance this experience, Zenith RBA provided a number of Nido armchairs by Sancal. Meaning ‘nest’ in Spanish, this extremely comfortable and compact chair invites the user to ‘nestle’ in the high arm surrounds of this cosy lounge chair.

To facilitate efficient and flexible workspaces for their client, Adecco chose Zenith’s Orbis workstations. Distinguished by a solid cylindrical leg profile, Orbis electric workstations are customisable to individual height requirements, ensuring personalised ergonomics and increased circulation. Orbis is exceptionally durable, yet uncompromising in visual appeal. Supporting easy collaboration, Orbis can be configured in a number of ways to facilitate individual or collaborative work modes.

Combining style, utility, and sustainability, the Jac range by Zenith effortlessly fulfills the seating needs for a multitude of workspaces. Thoughtfully designed and robustly manufactured, a selection of Jac sled stools were chosen for their visual appeal and versatility within mixed-use spaces. Additionally, as part of Zenith’s sustainability commitment, with every Jac sold a tree is planted, making it an environmentally responsible choice.

This project showcases the power of thoughtful design in creating welcoming and functional spaces. From the inviting Nido chairs to the ergonomic Orbis workstations and versatile Jac stools, Zenith RBA’s furnishings enhance the design intent of creating comfortable and welcoming spaces. Together, these elements transform the recruitment centres into inspiring environments that connect people with the best opportunities.
