Catalyst engaged with Sedgwick to develop a workplace strategy to accommodate a growing team and achieve more of a social and value-based work setting.  This eventuated in a relocation to a larger premises located on Newmarket’s Carlton Gore Road.

The fresh start enabled Sedgwick to cement their commitment to their core values whilst optimising their workplace and practices for hybrid working and encourage their team back to the office.
