Global Insurance Company Dockland
A global insurance company created new “neighbourhoods” of 12-24 people, enabling staff with a variety of working positions.
Each neighbourhood contains personal lockers, shared team storage, and a variety of work settings from sit to stand workstations, to singular desks for focused working. Adjacent are shared breakout huddle spaces, in which teams can meet away from their neighbourhood for informal and collaborative working.
This strategy successfully allows staff to work flexibly, while providing the comfort and security of working within a team environment.
