Foodstuffs North Island
Zenith Auckland were involved in a landmark project for New Zealand which achieved a Green Star Building rating of 5 on 7.7 hectares of land with an 80 thousand pallet warehouse powered by 2915 solar panels. From the initial ROI request to the installation, Zenith developed a strategic approach to help Foodstuffs North Island achieve their rating. Zenith Auckland provided 560 workstations and over 1000 individual pieces of soft furnishings with every item selected based on its accreditations and functionality.
A major component of this project was the contribution to our JAC tree planting program which facilitated the planting of 725 Manuka Trees in the Pamoa Forest. Throughout the one-of-a-kind building Foodstuff North Island have JAC Stools and Side Chairs.
Zenith worked closely with Nigel Rye and Foodstuffs North Island to share our vision for the look and feel of the space using Zenith's Virtual Reality system which modelled a life-like space allowing the clients to immerse themselves in the environment prior to fit out. This helped with the selection of Zenith product that created a relaxed modern feel with a consistent aesthetic throughout.
