Embodying stability and robustness, the Estate range of tables provide a consistent design language across individual and team centric work zones. At a time when the modern workplace is continually changing, Estate conveys a sense of permanence through dedicated areas for independent focus or coactive group tasks.
Serving as either an individual work-point table or a collaboration setting, Estate creates a ‘home base’ for specific modes of work. Occupants can move to the setting that best supports their current requirements. Distinguished by the grounded pedestals which come in a selection of profiles, Estate can be configured in ways that best align with varying work tasks and the spatial aspirations.
When specified as a team-centric collaboration setting the number of users may vary depending on the activity or assignment. This is of significant relevance for organisations who are continually adjusting, whether from density fluctuations or technological disruption. The robust worksurface is supported by a central pedestal which provides the opportunity to accommodate shifting numbers of occupants – in real time. The notion of adaptability can be complimented with the addition of click-in lids and a foot rail (if specified as a standing height setting)
For dedicated independent usage, Estate also functions as an autonomous work-point setting. When specified for individual work with a pre-defined number of seating positions, the user can have their own allocated work-point to fulfill personal tasks. Screens can be installed to provide visual and acoustic privacy, while the skyrail, a central screen rail extrusion, can be attached to a fixed worktop panel.
With distinctive tasks in mind, Estate provides a broad range of table options which can be specified to align with the intended purpose, ergonomic preferences and individual requirements. The fixed height Estate table range consists of two pedestal shapes, Round and Capsule. Capsule Plus, a larger version of the Capsule shaped pedestal is offered for the electric adjust settings (and is also suitable for large format fixed height tables) The height adjustable options which include a large team table, a single sided desk and Pod 2 workstation are ideal options for free standing work-points. Estate also offers three base options to suit any floor type. Additional features include foot rail, sky rail and click-in lids which can add further depth from an ergonomic perspective.
The cabling of Estate is completely concealed from view and soft wiring is reticulated inside the vertical pedestal, cosmetic shrouds and access lids. This confers a clean streamlined profile that retains easy access when required. The outer wiring loom enables a seamless integration of the Zenith Connect puck; a work-point integrated desk reservation solution offering frictionless check-in and check-out of spaces, combined with occupancy sensing and wireless /wired device charging.
The extensive Estate offering provides a consistent design expression across varying ‘neighbourhoods’ which include individual and team focused work settings. Whether specified as a collaboration or individual work-point table, Estate creates dedicated zones that accommodate divergent work modalities and user numbers.
