Recently, CBRE relocated to the top floor of a state of the art, all-electric office building at 83 Pirie Street Adelaide. Targeting a 6.0 NABERS tenancy rating, and a 5.0 Green Star fit out certification, CBRE engaged Zenith to provide a selection of furnishing to support their workplace requirements and assist in meeting their sustainability aspirations.

Thoughtfully designed and robustly manufactured, the Jac seating range is the perfect juncture of elegance, functionality, and sustainability. Suitable for innumerable spaces, CBRE chose a selection of Jac chairs and stools for break out and meeting spaces within their new office.

Jac is also the ideal choice to minimise environmental impact: For every Jac sold a tree is planted through Zenith’s sustainability initiative. Currently the One Tree project is focused on Ecological Restoration in South-West WA, at Boorokup and Tambellup Noongar Farm, providing education and empowerment for the local indigenous community through on-going employment.

Fundamental to the wellbeing of staff is providing workstations that support independent concentrated work. CBRE chose Zenith’s Orbis workstation: Orbis is exceptionally stable and sturdy, yet uncompromising in visual appeal. The electric height adjustable feature allows for effortless individual customisation. Supporting easy collaboration, Orbis can be configured in a number of ways to facilitate individual or collaborative work modes. To enhance Orbis, CBRE opted for Zenith’s Simpl screens to define worktop areas for organisation and focus.

The Precinct range by Zenith Design Studio is a collection of flexible and versatile structures that offer spatial fluidity for individual and group needs. Precinct can be combined to create ‘spaces within spaces’ for dedicated tasks, focused work or collaboration. The  Precinct Lounge with screens was chosen by the client as it offers  a private seating haven. Its high screens hug the lounge and create a private nook for quiet conversations, calls or individualised work.
